Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of St. Joseph, Missouri, at the office of the Purchasing Agent on the second floor of City Hall, 1100 Frederick Ave., Room 201, St. Joseph, Missouri 64501 until 3:00 P.M., November 29, 2018, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The work will generally consist of grading and constructing approximately 1,500 lineal feet of new concrete street with sidewalks, curbs and gutters and other civil site improvements including a new grinder pump station and approximately 1,150 lineal feet of new PVC sanitary sewer force main.
There will be a prebid conference held at 2:00 PM on November 8, 2018, in the 1st floor conference room at City Hall located at 1100 Frederick Avenue, St. Joseph, MO.

Complete Set of Bidding Documents will require a charge of $25.00 .
Please pay close attention to State Prevailing Wage Determination and OSHA Safety Training requirement per R.S.Mo 292.675
