    Join a new free six-week program that is being offered to all ages at the Joyce Raye Patterson Senior Center, 100 S 10th Street from 10-11 am on Thursdays from September 26 - October 31, 2019. During this six week program, learn how to safely make physical activity a part of your everyday life while improving your mood, helping you move easier, and for those suffering with pain, learn how to manage that pain. This is a free program lead by trained instructors from the Arthritis Foundation. You don't have to be suffering from arthritis to attend. Wear your walking shoes or tennis shoes and take steps to better health. All participants receive a free book. Register today at the JRP Senior Center, 100 S 10th Street, St. Joseph, MO.
