    Parties on the Parkway is a free concert series that occurs the second Thursday of the Month from May to September. Some food and beverage vendors will be available at most events and are cash only. This series is hosted by the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce and the City of St. Joseph. It's presenting sponsor is Nodaway Valley Bank and Entertainment sponsor is Farmers State Bank. Entertainment lineup includes: May 9 - Retro@ctive (80's cover band) June 13 - Oxymoron (Muliple Generes) July 11 - Greater Tomorrow (Indy/Alternative) August 8 - Whiskey Bend (Country) September 12 - Swift Kik (Classic Rock) Rain dates are schedulled for the third Thursday of every month)

  1. Fishing Basics Clinic with the Missouri Department of Conservation

    July 11, 2019, 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM @ Krug Park Lagoon

    Come learn basic fishing skills, then practice these newly learned skills at Krug Park Lagoon from 6-7pm, on July 11. The Missouri Department of Conservation is teaching this clinic and will provide all equipment and bait. Fishing permits are required for individuals between 16 and 64.
