Living a Healthy Life - 6 week program

Join the Arthritis Foundation from Mosaic Life Care for a free 6 week course to help you live a healthier life. Topics covered during the 6 week period include understanding and managing common symptoms, exercising, communicating with health care professionals, healthy eating and weight management, managing your medications and more. Living a Healthy Life will meet from 9:30-11:30 am from September 2 - October 7, 2020 at the Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center, 100 S 10th Street, St. Joseph, MO.
