All fees reflect use of the Conference Room for a minimum of four (4) hours. Extra time is $35.00 per hour.

  • Our facility is best utilized for meetings and small, private events.
    While we do not typically host weddings or wedding receptions, we are perfect for wedding and baby showers, as well as birthday, graduation, and retirement parties!
  • Rental rates shown are for a minimum of 4 hours.  Additional time is $35 per hour.
  • Rates shown include basic room set-up, basic clean-up, trash/recycling removal.
  • Youth ages 17 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Audio/visual equipment use is available upon request. Please bring your own laptop when using our system.
  • Food and beverages must remain in the Conference Room.
  • Please be respectful of our facility and leave the room as you found it.
  • Not Allowed 
    Wall decorations of any kind, glitter, confetti, burning candles of any type or size, alcohol, or smoking inside the building. (By City ordinance, you must be 5 feet from any entrance when smoking outside).
